Delivery & Returns Info


 Delivery prices for mainland UK are displayed on each product, and pricing is per item.

Please enter your postcode at checkout for an accurate quote for other parts of the UK such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man. (or check Map below)

Racking Solutions offers an Express 1-2 Working Day delivery as standard. This doesn't include bank holidays or other advertised or notified closure or holiday days.

Products that may not be offered as 1-2 day delivery and offered instead with a 5-7 Working day delivery with 2 person delivery to a room of your choice are the following product codes: LOC005, LOC006, LOC009, LOC012, LOC015, LOC018, MCLOC015, MCLOC018, LOK003, FC002.

Deliveries to Zone C, D & E will require a 2-5 working day allowance.

Our 1-2 Working Day Service has an order cut off, of 3pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received after this time will not be processed until the following working day, ordered placed on or after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on a Monday for a Tuesday Delivery (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Your delivery will be dispatched via UPS Parcels or Tufnells and will require a signature as proof of receipt (unless otherwise agreed).

In the unlikely event that you receive your items damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 working days so that we can rectify any problems. Failure to inform us in due course of any damaged or missing items could result in us being unable to resolve the issue.

Larger orders which may require a Pallet delivery can take up to 48 hours for delivery subject to postcode location, this will be advised by a member of our team when your order has been received.

*Please note all domestic deliveries are door step only deliveries and it would be at the drivers discretion to offer further assistance with your delivery.

Pallet deliveries are only curb side only delivery.



Our No Quibble money back guarantee is based on the following conditions. This guarantee strictly applies to goods being returned within 30 days of receipt.

You must inform My Furniture Solutions that you are returning the goods and we will issue you with a returns number of which must be attached to the package with your name and address, any goods returned without a returns number will not be accepted by goods inwards or refunded. 

Goods been returned must be returned with all contents enclosed.

Goods must be unused and in a resaleable condition. 

Any goods being returned that are damaged or lost in transit will not be refunded.

All goods being returned, can be either arranged for by ourselves or you many choose to send these back. (surcharges will be applied)

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

For unwanted goods the cost of return must be met by the buyer.

Reasonable deductions may be made to cover original delivery cost, handling costs and further administration costs (10% restocking Admin fee).

This applies to all business to business orders placed on account, over the phone or online.

All our products carry our own and also manufacturers guarantees none of these are affected by any of the above. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
